terminals is 76 wagons of 70 tons each per day, which equals to 5,320 tons.
The terminals accept hopper wagons by full block trains of 60 wagons. Container block trains perform
further shipment of loaded containers from Ultramar stuffing terminals to the one of container
terminals of Saint Petersburg port.

As of January 1st 2015 Smart Bulk LLC at Multipurpose Terminal YUG-2 has put into operation a high capacity wagon unloading station. The overall total capacity of the station is 1,200 tons per hour. Ultramar was founded in 2007 as a logistic operator with offices in two largest cities at the Baltic Sea – Riga and Saint Petersburg. In 2009 the first Ultramar terminal of handling of mineral fertilizers from wagons into containers without intermediate storage was built in Saint Petersburg.

In 2010 in connection with the development of new markets and increase in volumes of shipments, it was decided to build the second fertilizer-handling terminal. The second terminal is designed as a universal one to enable the company to be flexible to needs of the customers (fertilizers are packed into bags and big bags)
So far, Ultramar is one of the largest forwarding company shipping mineral fertilizers in containers.
Ultramar continually invests considerable funds into the development and improvement of cargo handling technologies, enabling us to handle fertilizers to a higher standard and reduce overall commodity delivery time.
The third fertilizer-handling terminal was launched in 2016. This terminal is equipped with the cutting-edge efficiency European equipment with the main purpose of blending various types of fertilizers for the production of dry blends of NPK of various formulas.
Ultramar handles around 1 million tons of different mineral fertilizers annually.
Milestones in the history of Ultramar:
2009 – Ultramar built its first handling complex at Shushary station (Saint Petersburg). The terminal specializes in handling of bulk fertilizers from wagons into containers.
2010 – Ultramar built its second handling complex at Shushary station. The terminal specializes in packing of bulk fertilizers onto 50 kg. bags or big bags for further shipment by containers worldwide.
2011 – Ultramar created a new logistic solution for shipment of mineral fertilizers in big bags by NOR (non-operating reefer containers) to a different destinations in South America. It enabled Russian producers of mineral fertilizers to become more competitive on the South American market and the shipping line operators to return reefer containers back to their customers in South America for loading of meats and fruits.
2014 – Smart Bulk LLC was founded in a cooperation with PhosAgro. The terminal is rendering stevedoring services at port of Ust-Luga with the annual capacity of 1.5 million tons.
2016 – Ultramar launched production of compacted ammonium sulphate for export to South and North America and domestic market.

1. General Provisions.
This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. №152-FZ “About personal data” and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of Ultramar LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
The operator sets as his most important goal and condition for carrying out his activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the processing of his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
The Operator's current policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter
- Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can receive about visitors to the website http://ultramar.ru.
2. The main concepts used in the Policy.
Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data using computer technology;
Blocking of personal data - temporary termination of the processing of personal data (unless the processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

Operator - a state body, municipal body, legal or natural person, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) processing personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a definite or definable User of the website http://ultramar.ru;
User - any visitor to the website http://ultramar.ru;
Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a certain circle of persons;
Distribution of personal data - any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an undefined circle of people (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing oneself with personal data of an unlimited circle of people, including disclosing personal data in the media, posting on information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

The site also collects and processes depersonalized data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metric and Google Analytics and others).
The above data are further incorporated in the text of the Policy by the general concept of Personal Data.
4. Purposes of processing personal data.
The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending emails.
The Operator also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. The user can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending an e-mail to the Operator at the office@ultramar.ru e-mail address marked "Refusal of notifications of new products and services and special offers." Depersonalized data of User collected through services Internet statistics, are used to collect information about the actions of Users on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.
5. Legal basis for the processing of personal data.
The operator processes the User’s personal data only if they are filled and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website http://ultramar.ru. By filling out the appropriate forms and / or sending your personal data to the Operator, the User expresses his consent to this Policy. The operator processes depersonalized data about the User if it is allowed in the settings of the User’s browser (the storage of cookies and the use of JavaScript technology are enabled).
6. The procedure for the collection, storage, transfer and other types of processing of personal data.
The security of personal data that is processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
The operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data of unauthorized persons.
The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, with the exception of cases related to the implementation of applicable law.
In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator to the Operator’s email address office@ultramar.ru marked “Updating personal data”.
The term for processing personal data is unlimited. The user can at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator by e-mail to the operator’s email address office@ultramar.ru marked “Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data”.
7. Cross-border transfer of personal data.
The operator, prior to the start of the cross-border transfer of personal data, is obliged to make sure that the foreign state into whose territory it is supposed to transfer personal data provides reliable protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.
Cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if there is a written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or the execution of the contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
8. Final provisions.
The user can get any clarification on issues of interest regarding the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via e-mail office@ultramar.ru.
This document will reflect any changes in the policy of processing personal data by the Operator. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced with a new version.
